Red Lantern started with a simple idea — bring the flavors people actually crave into one neighborhood kitchen. Some nights that's a tray of crab legs cracked open at the table. Other nights it's a California roll and a General Tso's that's crispy on the edges.
Everything is cooked to order. The rice is wok-fired and the boil bags come out steaming in our house garlic-butter blend. No shortcuts, no heat lamps.
